2009-01 Declaring its official intent to reimburse capital expenditures in connection with the Winslow Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Project from proceeds of a future borrowing.
2009-02 Establishing procedures regarding the surplus and sale process for real property owned by the City of Bainbridge Island.
2009-03 Amending and clarifying the City's miscellaneous fee schedule as it relates to fees for the usage of the city dock, linear moorage system and boat ramp in Waterfront Park, as last amended by Resolution No. 99-19.

2009-06 Providing for the submission to the voters of the City, at a special election to be held therein on May 19, 2009, of a proposition of whether the City should adopt the Council/Manager form of government and abandon the Council/Mayor form of government; and requesting the Kitsap County Auditor to conduct that special election.
2009-07 Setting a time and place for hearing on the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 21 (Horizon View LID), directing that notice thereof be given in the manner required by law, and appointing and designating a Hearing Officer.
2009-08 Approving the sale of not to exceed $6,000,000 aggregate principal amount Sewer Revenue Bond Anticipation Note (Line of Credit). 2009, to Cashmere Valley Bank, fixing the interst rate, matruity date, and other terms of the Note; and providing for other matters properly relating thereto.
2009-09 Relating to the City's sale and disposal of surplus City personal property.
2009-10 Fixing a time and place for a public hearing to consider vacating a portion of an unnamed path of the Chataqua Replat.
2009-13 Providing for short-term borrowing from the Water Fund to the Sewer Fund of the Consolidated Waterworks Utility for 2009.
2009-14 Establishing a statement of principles for participating in a regional collaboration of Puget Sound public agencies, schools and businesses to address future energy, economic and environmental challenges.
2009-15 Accept and adopt an updated Commute Trip Reduction Plan.
2009-16 Recognizing the 1908 vacation of that portion of the 10 foot unnamed road lying westerly of Battle Point Drive NE and easterly of Skinner Road NE and lying north of lots 1, 2 and 3, Searle's Garden Tracts, as recorded in Volume 2, page 73 of plats, records of Kitsap County, Washington.
2009-17 Fixing a time and place for a public hearing to consider vacating a portion of South View Street and Winslow Way East.
2009-18 Fixing a time and place for a public hearing to consider vacating a portion of Point Monroe Drive NE.
2009-19

Relating to the Winslow Way Reconstruction Project; declaring its intention to order the construction of utility and street improvements and to create a local improvement district to assess the cost and expense of carrying out those improvements against the properties specially benefited thereby; and, notifying all persons who desire to object to the improvements to appear and present their objections at a hearing before the City Council to be held on November 23, 2009.

Declaring certain real property commonly known as Myer's Pit and the Old Decant Facility to be surplus to the needs of the City of Bainbridge Island and authorizing the sale of such property.

Accept and adopt a Housing Design Demonstration Project Evaluation Scoring System.

2009-26 Recognizing the 1905 vacation by operation of law pursuant to RCW 36.87.090 of that portion of the 30 foot Unnamed Road lying Northerly of Taylor Avenue and Southerly of Ronald Court and lying West of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 1 and lying East of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 1 all in the plat of Taylor 2nd Addition to Port Blakely, as recorded in Volume 2, page 56 of plats, records of Kitsap County, Washington.

Relating to the reauthorization of a technical advisory committee on environmental issues, entitled the Environmental Technical Advisory Committee.

Concurring with the Washington State Department of Transportation recommendation to reduce the speed limit on portions of State Route 305.

Declaring certain real property commonly known as “Williams Property” to be surplus to the needs of the City of Bainbridge Island, and authorizing the transfer of said surplus property to Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park and Recreation District for use as a public open space and/or passive public park.

2009-30 Establishing a consolidated set of updated financial and budget policies, supplementing, superseding, amending and/or re-affirming certain policies adopted by the City during or prior to 2009.
