Adopting a process to handle a petition seeking the removal of a commissioner from one of the City’s independent commissions.

2011-23 Approving the Ferncliff Village Housing Design Demonstration Project Final Subdivision
2011-24 Amending Section 9 of the City’s fee schedule to update fees in connection with the land use code update passed by Ordinance No.2011-02 including 1) the addition of fees for an Agricultural Conditional Use Permit, 2) Minor Alteration of a Plat, and 3)Minor and Major Adjustments of Land Use Permits, and also to remove fees relating to Master Plan Development and Planned Unit Development.
2011-25 Adopting an Administrative Manual, containing submittal requirements for land use permits, application forms, and administrative documents necessary for land use permit processing.
