ORDINANCE NO. 2018-19

RELATING TO TREE REMOVAL PERMITTING AND TREE AND
LANDSCAPING RETENTION AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS


TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2018


                YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Bainbridge Island City Council will conduct a public hearing to receive public comment and/or written correspondence on Ordinance No. 2018-19 relating to tree removal permitting and tree and landscaping retention and maintenance requirements; repealing and replacing Bainbridge Island Municipal Code Chapter 16.18; and amending Section 18.15.010 on September 25, 2018.


                The public hearing will be held as part of the regular City Council meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m., in City Hall Council Chambers, 280 Madison Avenue North, Bainbridge Island, WA  98110.


            If you are unable to attend, comments may be submitted to the City Clerk via hand-delivery, first class mail, or by email at cityclerk@bainbridgewa.gov. Written comments may be submitted until the closure of the public hearing on September 25, 2018
