Who do I contact to report a power outage?
Contact Puget Sound Energy at (888) 225-5773 to report a power outage or to inquire about electrical service.
Who do I contact regarding street light outages?
Puget Sound Energy services most street lights on Bainbridge Island. If you see a yellow vertical tag on the light, take note of the numbers and call Puget Sound Energy at (888) 225-5773 or complete the online reporting form.
Who do I contact regarding traffic signal outages?
Traffic signals and crosswalk signals on SR305 are maintained by Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). Call (360) 874-3050 to report an outage or other signal problems.
How do I report a pot hole?
Contact the Public Works Operations and Maintenance Division at 842-1212 at anytime. If leaving a message, please give the direction of the road (North, South, East, West) and the nearest cross street or address.
How do I report discolored water?
If you are on City of Bainbridge Island water, please contact Public Works Operations & Maintenance at 842-1212 to report discoloration. Otherwise, please contact your water purveyor.

Where do I pay my utility bill?
You may pay your bill with the cashier at City Hall, located at 280 Madison Avenue North, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm. A drop box is available in the parking lot for payments made after business hours. Payments recieved in the drop box will be posted the next business day. Contact for any questions: 780-8603.

How do I reserve Waterfront Park or Eagle Harbor Dock?

Where do I obtain a Right-of-Way (ROW) permit?

Where may I have my drinking water tested?
If serviced by the City of Bainbridge Island, please contact Public Works Engineering at 842-1212. If you are not on the City of Bainbridge Island water, you may pick up a testing kit from Twiss Analytical at City Hall. Please call (360) 779-5141 for more information.
