Strawberry Plant Funding

This project is being funded in phases. The shoreline restoration portion of the project is being funded by the following:

Elliott Bay Trustee Council (NRDA funds from Wyckoff/Eagle Harbor Superfund Site)
Salmon Recovery Funding Board (State grant)
City of Bainbridge Island (estimated to be 14% of the total restoration project cost)
State Department of Natural Resources (in-kind piling removal as part of larger Puget Sound cleanup project)

The park improvement portion of the project is not currently budgeted, but will be programmed after design is completed.
